I've been training with Ro for over a year.  Ro has taught me about nutrition, the importance of strength training as we age but also that consistency and patience are key to long-term results.  I am now stronger and fitter in my late 40s that I was in my 20s.  

The environment Ro has created in one of encouragement yet nurturing and it's great to be part of a community of like-minded people.
