Hi, I’m Ro and I help women of all ages transform their bodies,
I know that as women enter their 40s, 50s and beyond, it is harder and harder to stay in shape. Our bodies start to show signs of ageing and they don’t respond they way they used to. We lose muscle tone and put on body fat. These changes can have a profound effect on the way we feel about ourselves, our bodies, our lives. We disappear … we lose sight of the person we once were.
But it doesn’t have to be like that … we can stay youthful, vital and energetic … we can still feel and look fabulous!
I know, because that was me five years ago. I was unhappy with my health, my shape, my low energy levels and I didn’t feel good about myself. I decided something needed to change. I needed to spend some time on me. A friend introduced me to a way of training and eating that was completely life changing. By training less but more effectively and eating to fuel my body, I was able to transform my body in ways I had never thought possible. The fat around my middle disappeared. My arms, back and legs all became more shapely and defined as my muscle tone improved. I started to feel better and had more energy and vitality. For the first time in years, I began to love my body, to wear fitted clothing … shorts, a bikini.
But what I had not anticipated was how I would change on the inside.
As I transformed my body so I discovered anything became possible if I wanted it badly enough. It was this self-discovery, the empowerment, courage, strength and determination I found in myself as a result of the physical changes that led me to give up my life as a corporate lawyer and become a personal trainer.
More than anything else, I wanted to help other women like me to go on this same journey of transformation.
Women who may have spent their lives giving to others, caring for others, putting themselves last, being pulled in so many different directions – a wife, a daughter, a mother, an employee, employer, business owner. Never just themselves. I want to give them that time in the day, in the week, when they put themselves first, when their only focus is themselves, the weights and how far they can go on this journey of change and transformation.
I will teach you how to train, how to eat better; skills for now and on into a healthy and fabulous future.
I’ll encourage and support you so you never have to travel the road alone.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer (Certificates III & IV) and qualified as a Metabolic Nutritionist and Transformation Specialist with Metabolic Nutrition.
